Ahmed has been practising Physiotherapy since graduating from The University of Sydney in 1998. He commenced his professional career at Sydney's Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, moving quickly into the area of musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Over the next 5 years he continued to work in some of Sydney's busiest and respected physiotherapy clinics. In that time, Ahmed continued to study and pursued further training in biomechanics, manual and manipulative physiotherapy. This has given Ahmed a depth of experience and knowledge in the wide areas of musculoskeletal, spinal and sports injuries. Ahmed's skills are in the diagnosis of complex spinal pain and biomechanical assessment of musculoskeletal injuries including those acquired on the sporting field. He also has a special interest in running and cycling injuries and headache treatment. Ahmed has been the principal physiotherapist at City Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre since 2002.
